BFC Ltd is a Mauritian facilities management company and a single-source solution for the built environment. We deliver in-house MEP services, professional painting, office fit-outs, and building maintenance. While handling core engineering directly, we also coordinate specialized systems and provide site restoration—including waste removal and scrap metal recycling—all on time and within budget.
Building and Facilities Contracting Ltd (BFC) was founded to redefine Corrective & Reactive Maintenance in Mauritius. While we are an agile team, our ambitions meet the most demanding corporate requirements on the island. BFC operates alongside its sister company, Building and Facilities Solutions Ltd (BFS Ltd), a VAT-registered entity under the same management—together giving clients a single, accountable partner with the flexibility of VAT-compliant invoicing where required.
Led by Dr. Dirajen Pullay Marday (DBA, MBA, BEng), BFC applies engineering-grade diagnostics and strategic logic to every task—from complex MEP installations to large-scale corporate relocations.
"In an industry where leadership is often removed from the job site, BFC delivers senior-level engineering expertise directly on-site. We don’t just manage from the boardroom; we lead from the ground up."
We strictly adhere to Mauritian OSHA and CIDB building standards, ensuring every technical project serves as a resilient foundation for your operational growth.
CIDB Registered Contractor — Civil Engineering Construction Works (CT/CE/L/M/04338), Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Works (CT/MEP/L/M/04339), and Building Construction Works (CT/BW/L/M/04340).
Professional relocation and property oversight services — perfect for overseas owners, busy businesses, and anyone who needs a trusted pair of eyes on the ground in Mauritius.
One shared meeting room, a dozen independent tenants and no common calendar. BFC Ltd builds, hosts and maintains a live booking system for coproprietes, business parks and multi-tenant offices in Mauritius — running under your building’s own name, logo and colours. Rs 1,600 per meeting room per month.
Same booking engine, same admin panel, two completely different identities. Press play on either tour — nothing loads until you do, and each one plays through once and then stops.
Ebene Junction — home page, live schedule, spaces and amenities, then a slot picked and a duration chosen on the booking calendar.
PinPoint Business Park — the identical journey in the park’s own logo, photography and colours. PinPoint runs seven of these, Bloc 1 to Bloc 7, so tenants only ever see their own bloc.
In a shared building the common meeting room is used by companies that never speak to each other. It gets managed with a paper sheet at reception, a WhatsApp group nobody reads, or a call to the syndic — so two firms turn up for the same slot and the room still sits empty half the week. This puts one live calendar in front of every tenant.
The live booking grid tenants use. Green is open, struck-through red is taken, and the whole week updates for everyone the moment a slot is reserved.
Tenants see the calendar. The building owner, property manager or syndic gets a private admin panel behind it — every booking in one register, exportable to Excel, plus full control over which days and hours the room is open at all.
The admin register, with one-click Excel export. Company names and e-mail addresses shown here have been replaced with sample data.
Ebene Junction — live client system, warm editorial styling and the client’s own building photography.
PinPoint Business Park — same engine, different client logo, colours and building name. White-labelled end to end.
Includes hosting, SSL, backups, maintenance, support and branding updates. Unlimited tenants and unlimited bookings — no per-user or per-booking fees. Each additional meeting room in the same building is licensed at the same rate.

Integrated facilities management means one provider is accountable for everything a building needs to run: the hard services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fabric repair, and the soft services such as cleaning, waste, pest control and grounds. Instead of managing several suppliers, you hold one contract, one asset register and one reporting line.
It depends on the size of the property, the asset list, how often our teams attend and the response cover you need out of hours. We survey the site first, agree the scope, then quote a fixed monthly figure so the budget is predictable, with any project works quoted separately before they start.
