Major corporate office relocation - 1 Cyber City, Ebene

End-to-end project management of a full corporate relocation for a leading international financial services firm, delivered as a three-week phased move with zero business disruption. The scope covered 1,000 monitors, 500 docking stations and monitor arms, critical IT and server rack relocation, specialist handling of 55 inch to 85 inch screens, and full post-move installation and quality assurance. Phasing was planned around trading hours so that each department was operational the next working morning.

Ground floor construction, siege social - Terre d'Ete, Petite Riviere

Subcontract for builder's work covering the ground floor construction at the Terre d'Ete head office, completed in ten calendar days, on time and on specification. Works included site preparation with hardcore and crusher run compaction, anti-termite membrane installation, mesh and formwork, the concrete pour, and full quality control compliance throughout.

Commercial fit-out and maintenance works - Ebene Junction, Ebene

A full commercial maintenance package covering damaged false ceilings and gypsum reparation, replacement of forty suspended LED light fittings, steel cable balustrade replacement, and installation of a four-leaf sliding aluminium riser door. Assessed, priced and delivered on schedule around occupied tenancies.

MEP, electrical and emergency works

Emergency dual pump booster set - Trianon

A swift emergency response on a dual Calpeda pump booster set: the leak was identified and isolated, pipe couplings and fittings were repaired, the system was pressure tested and restored, and the MP 2000 control panel was verified operational before handover.

Plumbing leak detection and repair - Sainte Clement, Curepipe

A hidden leak traced and fully resolved. Targeted concrete hacking and site preparation, full leak inspection and diagnosis, pipe repairs using quality PN16 PVC fittings, then pressure testing and site clearance.

Precision electrical upgrades, T5 LED replacement - Quatre Bornes

Replacement of 42 T5 LED fittings with full system modification. Obsolete ballasts were bypassed, internal circuitry was modified for LED compatibility, a non-operational RCD was identified and replaced, and the distribution board was checked and labelled for long-term reliability.

Pool plant room and filtration - Trou aux Biches, Pamplemousses

Complete pump, sand filter and pipework installation in a compact plant room, including manifold and valve pipework, backwash and circulation lines, then leak testing and commissioning.

A modern two-storey villa taken to near completion: structural build and rendering, stone cladding and timber accents, aluminium glazing installation, and external paint and finishing.
