Dr. Dirajen Pullay Marday is the founder and Managing Director of Building and Facilities Contracting Ltd. He holds internationally recognised qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (BEng), Business Administration (MBA, DBA), Chartered Management (CMgr MCMI), Certified Facilities Management (CIWFM) and corporate governance (MIoD). He leads client relationships, project direction, quality assurance and business development for BFC Ltd, and serves as Facilities Director of sister company Building and Facilities Solutions Ltd (BFS Ltd), overseeing facilities management delivery across the group.

His working principle is that leadership belongs on the job site rather than only in the boardroom: diagnostics before pricing, written scopes before mobilisation, and a named accountable person for every contract.

Mr. Nicolas Louise is Managing Director of Building and Facilities Solutions Ltd (BFS Ltd) and brings more than three decades of hands-on expertise in large-scale construction and high-end fit-out. Across his career he has steered complex structural developments and detailed interior transformations from breaking ground through to final handover. At BFS Ltd he coordinates on-site operations, synchronising multi-trade teams, specialist subcontractors and engineering personnel so that sequencing problems are solved before they reach the client.

Mr. Ashil Eranah

Mr. Ashil Eranah is a qualified engineer with several years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, MEP systems and industrial technical operations. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Building Services Engineering, and leads technical delivery, MEP coordination and on-site engineering for BFC Ltd. He is typically the person who carries out the initial technical audit, specifies the remedy and verifies the commissioning results.

Mr. Kelwyn Pomanah

Mr. Kelwyn Pomanah is the on-the-ground Site Supervisor for BFC Ltd, with practical expertise built over years of working within his family contracting business. He developed a working knowledge of civil works, building maintenance and multi-trade site operations from an early age, learning the craft from the ground up. His field instinct, reliability and ability to coordinate trades and keep site progress on programme make him a constant presence on BFC Ltd projects.

How the team is deployed

On a typical contract the technical engineer carries out the audit and specifies the works, the site supervisor runs the daily sequence and the trades, and the managing director holds the contract, the programme and the client relationship. For larger multi-trade projects and relocations, site direction is shared with BFS Ltd so that construction and fit-out experience sits alongside the engineering. That structure keeps decision-making short: there is always a named person who can authorise a change on site the same day.
